Q. Why do you take 3-21 days to deliver?
It is always our endeavor to provide the trendiest designs at affordable pricing without compromising on the quality. Because of this, we are always flooded with orders and so sometimes it might take some time to dispatch your order. But we guarantee that the products will be worth the wait.

Q. It’s been some days since I made the payment but I still have not received the products. What do I do?
Relax Your money is safe with us. Sometimes the shipping of the product might take 15-21 days. If after 21 days you still have not received your product then please contact our Customer Care team by ASKING US A QUESTION with the issue in details and attach the relevant screenshots.

Q. Why don’t you have a refund policy?
Unlike other sites, we are not backed by big financial companies. We are a small startup passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable pricing. Our business model does not give us the flexibility to give refunds. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. We do not have any Exchange on Bags.

Q. What is your exchange policy?
Do not worry if the size does not fit you at first time. We will exchange the size with your desired size. You can initiate the exchange from your end by logging into you streetystylestore account.

Also, we do not have any second exchange policy. We will not initiate exchange the second time but instead once requested we will pick up the product from your pick up address and give you a credit voucher. Please note that the credit voucher will be of the amount of the product that you purchased and no courier charges will be refunded. If you want to exchange one single item of the combo 3 for 999 category, we will give the store credit of the 333 INR. ( This is the value of the product of the category 3 for 999 when you purchased).

Q. What is your refund policy?
We do not have a money refund policy, if you do not like the product and wish to return the product we will pick up the product from your place and once the product reaches our warehouse we will issue you a credit note. Since the courier company charges us for the pickup we will have to charge you the same. The pickup fee that the courier charges us and that we will charge you can vary depending upon the number of products you wish to return and your location, the refund amount (after deducting the pickup fee) will be transferred to your account within 7-10 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.

Q. I got my shoes today but they do not fit me. What do I do?
If the shoe you ordered does not fit you then CLICK HERE. We will arrange a pickup from your place and once the shoe arrives back at our warehouse we will dispatch the size that you had requested. The first exchange is totally free!
