The simple version

Don't love what arrived? Send it back within 7 days. Once we have it, the garment price — minus only the actual return shipping fee — goes back to your bank account as real money, never a credit note. We won't ask you why.

What comes back to you

The garment price minus the actual return shipping fee, refunded to the same bank account or card you paid from. If the return is our fault, nothing is deducted — you get the full amount. Most refunds reach you within of us receiving the item. No store-credit trap — the money is yours to keep or spend anywhere.

The one thing you pay

If you're returning simply because you changed your mind, the return courier fee is — and only the actual amount the courier charges us, never a markup. We don't hide this cost inside the product price, which is exactly what keeps our prices low.

If it's our fault, it's all on us

Wrong item, a defect, damaged in transit, or not what we described? Then you pay nothing at all — return shipping included. We collect it, refund you in full, and fix our mistake. That's our cost to carry, not yours.

Prefer to exchange?

Just need a different size or colour? Choose an exchange instead of a refund and we'll send the replacement — quick and easy. If the swap is because of our error, the exchange is free.

The fine print, in plain words

A few fair conditions — nothing buried:

Return within 7 days of delivery.

Item unworn and unwashed, with tags still on.

A couple of categories cannot come back for hygiene reasons — list these.

That is it. No restocking games, no final-sale surprises.

How to start a return

1. Open your order and tap “Return or exchange”.

2. Pick the item — you will see the exact refund and any return fee before you confirm.

3. We arrange pickup. Pack it with the tags on.

4. Money lands back in your bank within 5–7 working days of us receiving it.
