We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team (ASK US A QUESTION) with the order number and the missing item's name and size. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order:
If it is a COD order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. You can find the cancel button in your Orders section.
If you placed a prepaid order, you may email us the changes you want to make in your order and our executives will make sure the changes are made in time.
If you are willing to change the product or size of the product, email us the new product name and the size you want.
To change the delivery address, email the new address with pin code so that we can make the needful changes.
For any other change, you may simply email your request and our executives will take good care of it.
